How blur face works
1. Detection
The tool uses face detection (often AI-based) to find human faces in the image. It identifies the position and size of each face so it can apply a blur or pixelation effect only to those areas.
2. Blurring
Once faces are detected, the tool applies a blur, pixelation, or similar effect over each face region. The rest of the image stays clear. You can usually choose the strength of the blur so the person is no longer recognizable while the photo still looks natural.
3. Download
You download the edited image with faces blurred. Processing can run in your browser so your photos don’t need to be uploaded to a server, keeping privacy intact.
